T. Brett Swab
Brett has more than 34 years of experience practicing criminal and civil defense in both state and federal courts. He earned his Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Kansas in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1991, becoming a member of the Oklahoma Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma in 1992.
Brett began his career as a law clerk for the Honorable James Ellison in the Northern District of Oklahoma before joining the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office, where he served under District Attorneys David Moss, Bill LaFortune, and Chuck Richardson, eventually being appointed Chief Prosecutor and later First Assistant District Attorney. During his prosecutorial career, Brett tried more than 42 jury trials—including five death penalty cases—and obtained convictions totaling more than 38,000+ years of prison sentences.
Since entering private practice, Brett has represented clients across Oklahoma in serious felony matters including homicide, manslaughter, robbery, major drug trafficking, and complex financial crimes. Brett was a candidate for Tulsa County District Attorney in 2006 and currently serves as a Governor-appointed board member of the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System.

Eric W. Stall
Eric has over thirty-five years of experience as a trial lawyer in cases involving complex legal issues. Eric’s practice is primarily focused on complex commercial litigation including fiduciary, trust and partner litigation and arbitrations, construction, business torts, contracts and real estate matters. Eric also handles a great number of commercial real estate matters, both litigation and transactional, as well as providing legal counsel to numerous businesses regarding day-to-day matters. Eric also serves as general counsel for the Okmulgee County Criminal Justice Authority, a Public Trust.
As a former Assistant District Attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Eric spent most of the first six years of his legal practice in the courtroom honing his courtroom skills. Eric has turned his vast courtroom experience into successes for his clients. Aggressive and detail oriented, Eric is dedicated to a single proposition: Achieving the best legal results for his clients.
With more than seventy jury trials behind him, Eric uses his experience to provide an aggressive and common sense approach to obtain the best results for his clients. Eric is an “AV” rated lawyer, the highest rating awarded for skill, integrity and ethics.
Eric has several multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements to his name including $10.8 million jury verdict for business fraud and malicious prosecution, $3.8 million jury verdict for business fraud, and a $2.2 million settlement for breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract involving a dispute between business partners.

Jay-Michael Swab
Jay is a trial attorney recognized for his proven record of success and unwavering commitment to his clients. He graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where his peers elected him to serve as an Executive Member of the Criminal Law Club. During law school, Jay was actively involved in advocacy and leadership programs that honed his courtroom skills and deepened his dedication to justice.
Jay began his legal career at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained invaluable insight from both sides of the courtroom. As a prosecutor, he handled nearly every category of criminal case—including major drug offenses, firearm cases, robbery, burglary, assault and battery, financial crimes, DUIs, and more—and prevailed in every jury trial he tried.
In his civil practice, Jay represents individuals and businesses in a broad spectrum of disputes and transactions. His work includes complex commercial and contract litigation, fraud and negligence claims, business formation and governance matters, landlord–tenant disputes, OMMA compliance issues, defamation, and personal injury representation. Jay’s approach combines meticulous preparation with strategic advocacy to achieve practical, results-driven outcomes for his clients.
Today, Jay draws upon his wide-ranging experience to provide aggressive, effective representation across both criminal and civil matters. He views the practice of law as an opportunity to help people navigate complex challenges, protect their rights, and achieve the best possible results.
